This event took place from Monday 1st July until Thursday 4th July and was attended by 27 Junior Members over the 4 days. The Braidwood Cup Trophy is awarded to the player with the lowest total Net score over the four days and there is a trophy for the lowest scoring boy and lowest scoring girl.

The course was in fantastic condition and scoring was excellent. The lowest net score for an single round was 60, scored by Rory Cunningham. The lowest gross score for a single round was 69, achieved twice by Leo Wright. The lowest total gross score over the 4 rounds was 289 scored by Joseph Steven.

The winner of the Braidwood Cup for Girls was Emma Waugh with a Total Net score of 294.

The Winner of the Braidwood Cup for Boys was Brodie Cunningham with a Total Net score of 267. Joseph Steven finished with 269, Leo Wright with 270 and Rory Cunningham with 271.

Congratulations to all who took part and we hope to see you all again next year. If you did not take part this year, it would be great to see you next year for a great week of golf. To those who leave the Junior Section at the end of the year, I hope you have enjoyed your time as a Junior Member of Bothwell Castle Golf Club and wish you well in you golfing future.
